Sorry I've been MIA. I can't seem to find any time these days to blog. But, I'm going to try and blog more. Here are some pictutres from last week.

Saint John - Toronto AC 8945 departs 5:30 am/ arrives 6:47 am
Toronto - Detroit AC 7991 departs 9:00 am/ arrives 10:22 am
I've made a listing for you (means I've put your name on the standby waiting list) for Friday. Your booking number is MAQ3MA. If you do not get on that flight you have to call Aircanada and make a listing (put your name on the standby list) for the next flight. I don't think it'll be a problem as there are 10 seats available right now on the Saint John/Toronto flight and 17 on the Toronto/Detroit flight.
You have to be patient. Go there, show them your ticket, and they'll give you a boarding pass if the flight isn't too full. If the flight is quite full, they may ask you to wait until the flight is ready to board. Sometimes, the flight is full and they need to wait and see if someone doesn't show up. Anyhow, it shouldn't be a problem. If they ask you for information about me, I work for Asiana Airlines and my employee number is 830590.
Aircanada and Asiana are members of the Star Alliance which is a group of airlines that share point systems, routes, etc. They work together. As an employee of Asiana I can fly one of these airlines at a discounted price. This discounted price is called a Z-Fare. When you fly Asiana it's different because I work for Asiana. When you fly other airlines such as Aircanada you're a kind of guest so there are rules everyone must follow. Dress appropriately and be patient.

I'm working on it. There aren't enough hours in a day. I'll put your name on the list for Friday morning 5:30 am flight. (I haven't done it yet but I will first thing tomorrow morning) I'll send you the time schedule after my class tonight. There are 3 flights from Toronto to Detroit. The first one departs at 9:00 am but I'm not sure what time it arrives so I'll have to check the schedule. I have to go as I have a class. I will write more later.

Finally spring is here. Pretty soon I'll be able to hang clothes outside and go for walks without the chance of getting sprayed by passing cars, coming home covered in mud. Funny thought but would be pretty messy to clean. Kim, give me a call sometime soon. Jordan got his bike out today and is excited that he is able to ride his bike again.

Monday again!! ... It's cloudy and rather gray today which isn't making it hard to have a happy Monday. Oh well. The weekend was short but eventful. Chai and Yuna had their last falling-out. I think he's really given up now and she too has changed but I'm not exactly sure if it's for the better. I think she's overwhelmed with guilt and frustration which isn't good but this is something she has to figure out on her own. She's old enough to know the consequences of her actions and I don't think in her heart she really wants to go to university. She says she does but I think it's because we want her to. It was a tough weekend!!!
Well everyone.. it was report card day Friday. Jordan is doing well. All A's and B's except for writing of course which he still hates. His behaviour reports have gone up in 2 areas so that is a plus. We went to a french immersion meeting on Thursday night and I took Jordan. He met the teachers, saw the classroom and is really excited about it. He can't wait to start french immersion and be in the middle school.
Kim- this weekend sometime we will try the webcam again. Jordan will be home so we will give it another shot.
Mike & Kristina- loved the pics of Parker. Really liked the pic of Mike holding up a laughing Parker. Thanks!

Hi Kim somehow I get into the old blog sight. Can you send me something and I will save it on the screen. Call me in the am Wed morning if you can. That is ok with me. I have that saved from house cleaning. I have already asked for the time off but if I do not go that is ok too. I know I need to save the money for the car but I also want to go and spend time with kristina parker and mike. so I say book it. got to go as I have company. The problem isn't which airlines we're affiliated with but why do Aircanada and Northwest monopolize the east coast market. Unfortunately, there are only two choices; Aircanada or Northwest. Those are the only two carriers that fly out of New Brunswick or Maine. I looked into a ticket today and it would cost about 350,000 won which is about 240.00 USD. This is from St. John to Detroit standby ticket. It will take me at least a week to get the ticket to her so you would have to decide soon.

Kim.. what other airlines other than Air Canada are affiliated with Asiana? Mom is looking into going to Michigan the end of the month. Can you let me know? Things are going ok. Mom is here and now we are planning to have karoke for her birthday party this year. Tim is checking that out for her. Jordan had a good time up home. He slept most of the way home today cause they just played him out. Anywhooo...let me know.

I've finally caught one of Chai's colds. He's had about three this year and I've managed to avoid them each time but not this time. I have a horrible headache, runny nose, itchy throat and just feel like I have a cold. I made some chicken soup using the leftover broth from our turky at Christmas. Boy am I glad I took the time to boil and freeze it.
Anyhow, nothing much is new. We got a new rice cooker!! I'll take a picture of it when I feel better. It's like a heavy duty one....it sure does make a difference when it come to taste.

Well, Chai vetoed it because he couldn't get any time off so I'm stuck at home. Slept in this morning, made lunch for Chai's dad, trimmed Somi and that's it. Gonna go take a bath now, pick up Chai at 7, go for dinner and then get some groceries.
So Karen, you said 10.. how about 10am Friday am your time which is 11 pm our time. I'll be free all weekend so let me know. Did you talk to Mike about your computer? Ihope we can get it to work.

Hey Kim.. where is Saijan? I would go with you if I were there. Sounds like fun. As for a time, Jordan leaves tomorrow to go with mom and dad to Bristol at noon. You must be sending your bad weather our way or we've been jinxed! I always park my car underground but I didn't last night and I regretted it this morning. I got up and there was an inch of snow on the ground. It's changed to rain now which made driving to work very interesting. I was the first person here and I was late!! Haha!!
Anyhow, just getting through the week. Sorry we couldn't get the webcam to work last night Karen.
Mike- Do you have any thoughts as to why it won't work? Is it her internet connection or her computer? Or both?
