Jordan's Christmas

Well we had our Christmas here and it was great. Jordan was happy with everything he got and I got more than I thought. I would have been happy with just a laptop which I am getting ready to set up. Wish everyone was here. Kim- got everybody's stuff except mom's which I will check F'ton tomorrow when I go up. Saint John and Calais were sold out. If not, I'll try again after Christmas. I have to go to SJ for a basketball tournament for Jordan the 29th and 30th so I'll check then too. Jordan got games for his psp and ds and lots of Nascar stuff. He hasn't left the house. We played price is right on his ds and he loves it. Anywhoo.. have to set the table for dinner tonight. Hope to talk to everyone soon. Merry Christmas!!

Jordan's report card

Well everyone.. Jordan got his first report card. His lowest mark was a C in english language arts. He had 4 B's and 2 A's. So he did pretty good. I was pretty happy with it. Now to find a way to bring up his english language arts. He has a basketball game on the 20th in Blacks Harbour and 2 Christmas parties on the 13th. Jordan says he wants bionicles, lego and ds games as an answer to your question. I take him to Saint john tomorrow for his consultation with the dentist and then next week I should be able to take him up for the filling.
Love the pictures Mike, Kristina and Parker. Gotta love when they "find their nose". That was a funny pic. We'll definitely be thinking and praying for you on Thursday. I'm sure Parker will do fine. He'll be a bit uncomfy but gotta do what you gotta do. Hope everything goes well in January for you Kristina.

Long time no posts... hehe

Hello everyone... It has been a long time since we have been on here... we thought we would post some pictures of our christmas decorations and Parker... it has been busy... he is on the go non stop... I have had to stop typing this post to go get him out of trouble twice already... lol... He is getting so big and talks and just is so much fun. He tells Jada "Out" when she is in the dining room when we are eating... CUTE. He is 15 and 1/2 months. He weighs about 33 pounds. Its crazy! Thank you Nanny and Papa for the gifts.. Parker loves the stuff that makes noise (the card and the box). The clothes are big, but that is good. They will fit him in the summer. Jordan what would you like for christmas? Need some ideas so we cn send yo something. Anywho... we love and miss you all. Hope to hear back soon. Here are some pictures... oh yeah... there is one that I think is funny and gross... lol... hello Kim I had my evaluation today and went well. said i used too much sick time and all is well elsewhere. Said I go over and above my call of duty. anyhow they said I need to give them 2 weeks notice before I come and the schedule is up now till the 9 of june. so guess you have to tell me what to do. My manager is away today so I haven't done anything!!!! I've read a lot and chatted with friends but that's pretty much it.

Evil sister-in-law comes tonight and is staying- get this- till Friday or Saturday. This woman has a lot of nerve!!! I just got a call from Yuna asking if we had blah..blah.. blah.. I asked why and she said that her mom was cooking some special food for her to eat to prepare her body for tomorrow. Uhhhhhh... this woman comes out of the woodwork for one of the most important days of Yuna's life when Yuna should be focusing on studying, sleeping and the test. Special food isn't going to get her an A... My hard work for the last two years isn't going to get her an A either but at least my effort was consistant.

Grrrrrrr........ Can you feel my pain???

Well everyone, I am officially accepted. I have to do a $150 deposit and then I can register for classes!! I am so excited. I'm bouncing off the walls!!!! I can't even sit still while typing...lol... I can't wait. I want to be teaching again so badly and at least this is working out.

Hello. Nice to talk to everyone over the weekend. Ya kim i know how you feel about January cause I could not wait till the month till our bankrupcty got over. anyhow real cold here now. got the old winter coats out and going to start knitting some mittons. well everyone drive careful next week and that to follow and God Bless you all. I will be glad when sat comes kim so you will know. they called me to work this am and said no they called me to work 11-7 and i was away and still wanted me to work tomorrow 3-11. they would work me to death I am sure. I've been so busy that I totally forgot about Thanksgiving. I'm usually on top of those things but I guess I'm slacking off this year. I'm just trying to get through the months. For us, January can't come fast enough.

Hello Well great news everyone. You now have another second cousin./ Ya debbie and Dan have a aby boy weight 7lbs and 12 ounces. She had a little trouble of dialiting so she had to have a c section. anyhow trying to scan you something to read but no luck yet. Kim for upset stomach have some flat gingeral. just let is sit out. hope all is well with your mouth mike and kristina hope you are ok and feeling good these days. baby parker you are sure growing. chai, well only 3 more months. karen and jordan have a great day. he Jorday I like where ;you hung your pj. Nice job keeping your things picked up and doing great in french immersion. Karen hang in there, the lord is working in your life and things will work out and I know without a shodow of doubt that you will get your degrees you need. we will just work things out. anyhow dad is ok,. i am ok. just done another double and trying to pay off my wood and plumming , and it is raininggggggggggg hard here today. well better go and talk later. love mum

I know everyone's waiting for baby pictures but you'll have to keep waiting. Scanner isn't working, file is too big to put up and not sure what to do. We're figuring it out so be patient!!!

Busy all around

Wow.. you are busy. This is how busy I am...

Thursday-went to SJ and got J's school supplies.. 150 later......
Friday- worked till 7
Sat- worked till 3:30 then did stuff out here at mom's
Sun- painted first coat of J's room, rearranged stuff in my room/basement
Mon- worked, packed..
Tues(today)- income assistance appt, massage appt, cat appt, load out to mom's, doing beets
Wed- lunch with Rena, Maxine and Robert come down, J has friends out for cake and ice cream
Thurs- work
Fri-work
Sat- go to SJ..

and it goes on and on and on..lol. What is a day off again?? lol..
Glad things are going well there. Hope you get to go on that trip if that's what you want. How's Chai and his studying???
Anywhooo... not much else is new. I'll send pics once my room and J's is done so you can see what we've done.

P.S. How did your appt with the doctor go?

Just a short note to say hi. It was a busy weekend. We went to a baby expo on Saturday and then did house renovations on Sunday. Wow. What a tough weekend. I was in bed dead asleep last night before 9 pm.

Anyhow, it's a busy week. I have a class from 8 am to 8 pm Tuesday and another 8-5 on Wednesday. I have to finish 3 reports, prepare for 3 classes and get myself organized for our trip if we get to go. I won't know till last minute if we can go or not but we'll figure something out.

Well, that's it. It looks like the weather there is good. I envy you. It's still really hot here!!!

It's a strange day here today. It's like there's a hurricane.. the winds are strong, the skies are dark and rain comes down hard at times. Oh... and it' s HOT. It's 34.5 degrees here today. I think I might sleep in my car tonight.

I go to the hospital tomorrow morning for a check up. Keep your fingers crossed. They're sending me to a liver specialist because my blood test results came back with an abnormal high for liver function. It was fine before I got pregnant but it's suddenly gone up. So we'll see what happens there. And, hopefully we'll be able to see her again. She hasn't moved much in the last couple of days which is nerve-wrecking but I'm sure it's just me!!

Heehee..Kim..what is it with you, siblings and ski hills?? lol.. I remember you trying to teach me how to ski and me doing a flip in air, skis coming off, landing upright in the snow, a cute ski instructor asking if I was hurt and offering me free lessons and I told him my butt and my pride were hurt. You took one look at me and said time to go home..lol..the joys of childhood.

Hello everyone. another scorthing day. nice job on the blog kim. i do not agree on the table and china cabinet, and that yes the bills need paid off like phone 200 and wood to bget that is all, so i have to let her know today or tomorrow. will decide. have to house clean 2 homes today. another 2 week and bankruptcy over. karen is almost here. alot of stuff but will find places for it. did not have a good day yesterday. kristina hope you are feeling better. have to go ma.

Yes! Yes! Everyone remembers Mike's skiing accident. I thought mom was going to kill me!!!!

Anyhow, rainy here today which is a nice change from the horrid heat. I couldn't get to sleep last night because it was so humid in the house. I thought I was going to die. It cooled off around 4 am and it was nice when I woke up this morning. But, that doesn't help because I had to get up at 6. Grrrrr......

So is everyone liking "Sue-in"? We haven't really come up with any alternatives but I think we should come up with a boys name just in case she/he is in that 20%. I'm hoping they'll do another ultrasound this weekend and we'll see. I'll beg them to tell me at the hospital and hope they'll cave. If not, we'll have to foot the bill for another visit to the clinic.

When Jordan was at his dad's, he went to an adventure camp where he was doing rock wall climbing. He told me to get down, he just closed his eyes and jumped. When he landed he hit the front of his head on the wall. He has 2 or 3 stitches which I have to go have taken out today. He said the worst part was when they put the needle in to freeze it...lol..reminds me of Mike and skiing..
Half the big stuff is moved now. The rest goes tonight. Then I come back to do the small stuff. Fun fun. Other than that, not much is new. I work tomorrow, Saint John school supply run Thurs, work fri and sat and then off for a day. Anywhooo... I'll talk to you later.

It sounds like you're going to have a crazy weekend. I think I might call every hour on the hour to make sure everyone is still alive. Hahaha!! Anyhow, I wish I was there to help but oops.... sorry I can't!!!

Anyhow, all is good here. I just finished my class and I returned to my desk to find my coworkers left me some pizza. It was a nice thought but SHRIMP PIZZA????? I ate it anyway because I was starving. We don't have any food at home so I have to eat what ever I can because I'm too lazy to go grocery shopping.

Jordan the busy bee

Well Jordan is back and I"m busier now than before. He's been swimming, helping unpack the car, deciding on paint for his room (blue and white in a toronto maple leaf theme) and is now watching a dvd while we take a break from the heat. Later tonight we will be packing up some of the big stuff as we got a truck until tomorrow night. Then the rest will be tomorrow and the few days after that. Busy week and weekend ahead.
Jordan gets his stitches out tomorrow, yard sale fri and sat.. maxine and robert are suppose to be down this weekend..plus work.,. packing and unpacking...
I heard from 2 schools who received my resumes. They are keeping mine on file and at least let me know that they had received it. So at least I know they are getting them.
Anyways..must do more packing!!

Heat everywhere

It's just as hot here as it is there. I sent an air conditioner out to mom's already. I'd rather stay inside and do stuff. Wow! Fall looks pretty good right now!!lol... Almost time to get out the Christmas list for you and Chai.. October comes pretty quick!! Things are ok here. Jordan comes home today and will learn about going to mom's. Hopefully that will go well. I don't know if anyone's going to read this but I'm going to write anyway. I hope everyone likes the new background. I thought something a little more "girlish" was better since most people who use this are girls... Sorry Mike!!

Anyhow, today was the hottest day of the year here... 35.5 degrees. We turned on the airconditioner last night and we haven't left home since. You sweat just taking a shower. Going to work tomorrow will be hard. I can't wait till fall comes!!!

We went to a baby expo last weekend which was interesting. There were pregnant woman for as far as you could see. I think Chai was intimidated but he had a lot of fun too. We bought an organic made baby set and the material is amazingly soft. We also bought a thermometer and a crib. The crib wasn't on the list of things to buy but it's handmade and really nice. I'm a little hesitant to buy an expensive crib but I have a week to think it over.

Well, that's it. Time to curl up on the couch and go to sleep. I have an early morning tomorrow.

1st Trimester Results

We went for our checkup this morning and everything is good. The ultrasound isn't clear but you can make out a head, stomach, two legs and two arms. It's about 10.6 cm long and quite active. (We think that means it's a boy!!) Anyhow, we'll hopefully see in a couple more weeks. You can hear the heartbeat if you turn up the volume.

I'll give everyone a call this weekend or call me. Gotta run and clean my house... Yeah..

Oh, Chai has already named the baby (Boke-Dang-ee) which means good luck in Korean. This poor child...... ^*^

The girl is actually twin girls.. Jade and Amber. Friends of mine from work that Tim and I hang out with have us over for bonfires and hang out and stuff and the girls think the world of Jordan. One of them tells me daily that Jordan is handsome!! lol.. they are so cute..

How are you feeling? Other than a little tired and needing to get away? We all need it at times. How goes work? Are you around tomorrow night? Wed or Thursday night our time? Or even the mornings except Kristina wouldn't be here if you called in the morning. Hope to talk to you soon.
